Who we are
Lvl Up is a product of The Lycoris Labs Inc (“we”, “us”). These terms are the agreement between you and The Lycoris Labs Inc for your use of the Lvl Up app and website. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Lvl Up.
Using Lvl Up
Lvl Up is a fitness app that builds a training plan from the answers you give, tracks your workouts, and offers an optional small group called a Pack.
You must be 16 or older to use Lvl Up. If you are under 16, please do not create an account.
Free to use
Lvl Up is free to use today. There are no purchases or subscriptions in the app. If that ever changes, we will update these terms and our Refund Policy before anything is charged.
Not medical advice
Lvl Up gives general training guidance. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have an injury, a health condition, or are pregnant.
Tala, the in-app coach, may use an AI model to answer questions. It can be wrong. It does not diagnose or treat anything and it will not tell you to train through pain. If you reported an injury, or did not pass the readiness check, check with a doctor first.
Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness or other unsafe symptoms. You exercise at your own risk and are responsible for choosing loads and movements that are safe for you.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Give accurate information; plans are only as good as the answers behind them.
If you think someone else has used your account, change your password and write to team@thelycoris.com.
You can delete your account and data at any time from Profile > Your data.
Packs and community
A Pack shows a first name, avatar and weekly progress to the people you invite or who join with your invite link. Do not use Packs to harass others or to share content that is unlawful or abusive. We may remove access for misuse.
In a Pack you can report a member, block a member (they disappear from your view and cannot cheer or challenge you), and, if you lead the Pack, remove a member. Open Pack together, then More beside a name. We review reports sent through the app or to team@thelycoris.com and may remove names or accounts that break these terms.
Acceptable use
Use Lvl Up only for its intended purpose. Do not try to break, probe or overload the service, access another person's account or data, impersonate someone, collect data from the service by automated means, or reverse engineer it except where the law lets you.
Your content
The workouts, notes and photos you add remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the features you use.
Our property
The Lvl Up name, logo, app, design and the content we write belong to The Lycoris Labs Inc or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use the app for your own training; you may not copy or resell it. Open-source components are covered by their own licenses, listed in Profile > About > Licenses.
Ending your use
You can stop using Lvl Up at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, misuse Packs or the service, or if we must for legal or security reasons.
Availability and changes
The app is provided as is, without promises that it will always be available or error free. Features may change or be removed. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury or loss that results from using the app or following its guidance. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law where you live.
If we change these terms in a meaningful way we will update the date below and, where practical, tell you in the app.
