Version 1.0: first release
Web app available now. App Store and Google Play releases are not published yet.
What is in it
- Five tabs: Today, Lvl Up Pack, Leaderboard, Progress and Profile.
- Setup questions and a movement assessment that give you a starting point and a Lvl Up Age.
- A Push, Pull and Legs plan built from your goal, equipment, schedule and injuries. Reported injuries are never trained.
- Guided workouts with demonstrations, rest timer, notes, XP, levels and streaks.
- Single-muscle sessions, Plan B for short or recovery days, and weekly challenges.
- Tala, the coach: built-in replies by default and an optional AI mode that is off until you turn it on and approve each plan tweak.
- Packs of up to six people with reporting, blocking and removal.
- English and Arabic with right-to-left layout.
- Export your data, clear parts of it or delete your account from Profile.
Known limitations
- Full workout history is stored on your device and is not restored after a reinstall.
- Two devices on one account can overwrite each other, because the last save wins.
- Password reset email delivery depends on our email setup and can be slow or unavailable.
- Camera rep counting is a web beta.
- The app is light only.
Technical detail is kept in the project's CHANGELOG file.
