This page explains what Lvl Up keeps in your browser or on your device. The Privacy Policy covers what is stored on our servers.

No tracking cookies

This website sets no cookies, loads no analytics, no advertising and no third-party scripts, and uses no local storage. The web app does not use advertising identifiers or track you across other sites.

What the app stores on your device

The web app uses your browser's local storage, and the native apps use their own storage. Keys include:

• lvlup-account-state-v2-…: your plan, workouts, logs and settings, one entry per account.
• lvlup.auth.session.v1: your sign-in session. Your password is never kept in the app state.
• @lvl-up/anonymous-onboarding-v1: setup progress before you create an account. It is removed once you sign in.
• @lvlup/ui-locale and @lvlup/theme-mode/v1: your language and appearance.
• @lvl-up/deleted-account-ids-v1 and @lvl-up/pending-account-cleanup-v1: markers that make sure a deleted account is fully cleaned up.
• Cached exercise details and plans so screens load faster.

Photos you add stay on your device. Camera rep counting is analyzed on your device and is not uploaded.

Backup to your account

Signed in, your state is also backed up to your Lvl Up account a few seconds after changes. See the Privacy Policy for where and how.

Control

• Clear your browser's site data to remove everything stored in the web app on that device.
• In Profile, Your data you can export, clear parts of your data or delete your account.
