Lvl Up is a product of The Lycoris Labs Inc. There are two addresses, so your message reaches the right person. This page has no form on purpose: nothing you type here is sent anywhere until you send an email yourself.

We read what arrives and answer as soon as we can. We do not promise a response time.
In the app
Go to Profile, then Learn and feedback. It has the Help and FAQ and a way to send feedback with the account it came from, so we can reply.
What to include in a bug report
- What you were doing and what you expected.
- What happened instead, and any message you saw.
- Where you use Lvl Up (web browser and version, or device and OS) and roughly when it happened.
- Whether you were online, and whether it happens every time.
- A screenshot if it helps, with anything private cropped out.
Please do not send your password. We never need it.
Privacy note
Email you send us goes to our mailbox and is used only to help you and to improve Lvl Up. Your email address and message are visible to us. Do not include health details you do not want us to read. See the Privacy Policy.
