Lvl Up is free today
Lvl Up, a product of The Lycoris Labs Inc, is free to use. The app and the website take no payments today: there are no purchases, subscriptions, trials that turn into charges, or paid upgrades. Because nothing is charged, there is nothing to refund.
If you see a charge
Lvl Up does not ask for card details in the app, on the website or by email. If you were charged or asked to pay for something that claims to be Lvl Up, do not pay or reply with payment details. Write to info@thelycoris.com with what you saw and we will look into it. If an app store or payment provider charged you, you can also contact them.
If paid features are ever added
We will update this policy, the Terms of Service and the app before anything is charged. The price, what you get, how to cancel and how refunds work will be shown clearly before you pay. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are processed by that store under its own refund rules.
Your data and your account
You do not need to pay anything to keep, export or delete your data. You can delete your account at any time from Profile > Your data.
