Email us to delete your account
Send it from your account email.We match it to your account before deleting anything, and we reply to confirm. Never include your password.
In the app
Open Lvl Up, go to Profile > Your data > Delete account and all data, enter your password and confirm. Your account and the data stored with it are removed from our servers and from your device.
Without the app
If you have uninstalled Lvl Up or cannot sign in, email team@thelycoris.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my Lvl Up account”. We will confirm by reply and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your login, setup answers, workouts, check-ins, logs, medals, Pack membership and invites, cheers and duels, push notification token, public profile, coach links and notes, and any Pack reports or blocks you made.
What may remain
Feedback you sent is kept without your account details. Encrypted backups held by our hosting provider age out on their normal schedule. If you lead a Pack with other members, leadership passes to the longest-standing member and the Pack continues; a Pack with no other members ends with your account. If someone reported you in a Pack, the report keeps the display name and note they saw, so we can finish moderating it after you delete your account; such reports are not linked to a login. Account deletion markers and sign-in attempt records are kept for a short period (90 days and 24 hours) to protect against abuse, then purged.
